Plate Mounter - Days in Eden Prairie, Minnesota at Anagram International LLC

SCHEDULE: 12-hour rotating schedule. 6am-6pm

PURPOSE OF POSITION: Provide prompt and accurate mounting support to the press area in an effort to ensure quality of product while maintaining above average production rates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Know and follow all SAFETY procedures.
• Prepare printing plates accurately and in a timely manner according to work order priority.
• Inspect/Inventory all used printing plates and return to their proper storage area.
• Communicate with supervisor, scheduler, and press operators to ensure continual running of presses.
• Complete all required paperwork.
• Aid in the training of newly hired Plate Mounters.
• Assist the Printing crew as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned area and the department.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• Good eye and hand coordination.
• Basic Math skills including the ability to read/use a tape measure.
• Good verbal communication.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
• Problem solving abilities.
