Job Overview
Visiting Nurse Health System is hiring a full-time Development Operations Associate who provides support for our VP of Corporate Giving & Major Donors. This role will be responsible for the following:
What You’ll Do:
- Database management:
- Pulling reports and queries
- Adding records
- Merging duplicate records
- Maintaining the health of the database (cleanup campaigns, appeals and funds type)
- File grant LOI’s and applications in records
- Update death and addresses.
- Database online gift entries.
- Preparation of acknowledgement letters
- Provide additional support services include prospect research, preparing engagement reports, tracking sponsorships, and event reservations
- Training and on-going learning of database products to support philanthropy efforts
Schedule:
- Full-time
You’re Perfect for the Position if you:
- Possess a High School Diploma or Equivelent
- Graduated with an Associates degree or Bachelors (preferred)
- Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Have proven decision-making, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Are proficient with computers and basic technology for documentation, email, HR systems, and online training.
