Hope & Help is seeking an innovative, strategic, and creative Director of Marketing and Branding to lead our marketing, communications, public relations, and digital engagement efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing leader who enjoys building brands, telling meaningful stories, leading creative teams, and developing integrated marketing strategies that make a lasting impact. Reporting to the Vice President of Resource Development, this position will play a key role in strengthening Hope & Help's visibility, expanding community engagement, and supporting the organization's mission through innovative marketing and communications.

What You'll Do

As the Director of Marketing and Branding, you will:
Develop and execute Hope & Help's annual marketing strategy.
Serve as the organization's brand steward, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications.

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website strategy, SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, marketing automation, and oversight of social media strategy.
Oversee webste management, user experience, analytics, and digital performance reporting.

Direct creative services, including graphic design, photography, videography, publications, newsletters, presentations, and branded collateral.

Support public relations initiatives through media outreach, press releases, organizational messaging, reputation management, and communication planning in collaboration with Executive Leadership.

Build relationships with media outlets and identify opportunities to increase earned media coverage.

Research emerging marketing trends, technologies, and audience insights while presenting innovative ideas to Executive Leadership.

Supervise and mentor the Marketing Department while managing budgets, vendors, and marketing operations.

Develop integrated marketing campaigns supporting organizational initiatives, awareness campaigns, fundraising objectives, and signature events including:
Headdress Gala
Come Out With Pride
Walk for Change
World AIDS Day
Community awareness campaigns

Partner with organizational leadership to strengthen Hope & Help's visibility, community engagement, and brand recognition.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings both strategic vision and hands-on leadership.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Seven or more years of progressive marketing, branding, communications, or public relations experience.
Experience leading marketing strategy and creative teams.
Demonstrated success with digital marketing, website management, analytics, and social media strategy.
Strong experience in public relations and media communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
Nonprofit or healthcare marketing.
Website management and SEO.
Google Analytics and digital marketing platforms.
CRM and email marketing platforms.
Graphic design and creative campaign development.
Media relations and earned media.
AI and emerging marketing technologies.
