Job Description: We are seeking a Store Manager who embodies our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage to help foster a positive and supportive culture within our team. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure smooth operations during shifts, managing staffing, and maintaining workflow.
· Conduct weekly inventory counts and manage inventory throughout the week.
· Hold baristas and shift leads accountable to policies, rules, and core values.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized store environment every day.
· Report store needs and concerns through the appropriate channels.
· Exhibit excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.
· Step in to cover shifts if staffing issues arise.
· Coach, train, and mentor shift leads and baristas.
· Be the first to complete Scooterversity training and be ready to educate staff on new products, changes, or policies.
· Perform additional assistant manager duties as required. Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably within the food and beverage industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
· Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for exceptional customer service.
· Willingness to support others and foster a culture of growth and teamwork.
