Job Summary:

The Warehouse Helper/Driver supports warehouse operations and delivers materials and equipment to and from customer job sites. This role is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, pulling orders, inspecting returned equipment, and maintaining an organized warehouse and yard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a non-CDL flatbed straight truck to deliver and pick up materials and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely using a forklift or manual labor.
• Pull, prepare, and verify customer orders for shipment.
• Inspect returned equipment and document any damage or shortages.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Organize and store equipment in the warehouse and yard.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and delivery duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Warehouse, delivery, or forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse and outdoor environment.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable with a strong focus on safety.
• Position requires on-site work; relocation assistance and per diem are not offered.
