This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP professional to play a key role in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within highly regulated industries. The role focuses on designing and optimizing end-to-end Order-to-Cash and logistics processes, ensuring seamless integration across supply chain, manufacturing, and finance functions. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, contribute to complex transformation initiatives, and support the implementation of best-in-class SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency and business innovation. • Lead business workshops and gather requirements related to sales, distribution, logistics, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Design, configure, and support SAP SD solutions, including order management, pricing, billing, deliveries, returns, and related logistics processes.
• Optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash workflows and ensure alignment with broader supply chain and operational objectives.
• Design and support Handling Unit Management processes, batch determination scenarios, and logistics execution activities.
• Drive integrations between SAP SD, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Warehouse Management (WM), Transportation Management (TM), and external third-party logistics providers.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Materials Management, Finance, and other business functions to ensure seamless process integration.
• Support project phases including testing, deployment, data validation, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices, process standardization, harmonization initiatives, and solution design strategies.
• Contribute to global template development, rollout programs, and enterprise transformation initiatives across international environments.
• Provide guidance and expertise to ensure compliance with industry standards and operational requirements within regulated business environments.

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP consulting experience, with strong expertise in SAP SD and logistics-related processes.
• Proven hands-on experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash process design, configuration, and optimization.
• Strong experience with Handling Unit Management and batch determination processes in sales and logistics scenarios.
• Demonstrated experience integrating SAP SD with EWM, WM, TM, and external 3PL solutions.
• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, including integration points with Manufacturing, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, and Finance.
• Experience leading workshops, conducting business process analysis, and engaging directly with senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Ability to work effectively within global, cross-functional, and multicultural project teams.
• Previous experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is considered a strong advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
