Job Summary:
Loaders safely move, stack, and secures raw materials or finished products,
typically, operating forklifts or pallet jacks. They ensure order accuracy, maintain
high temperature/sanitary standards (GMP/HACCP)
Key Responsibilities:
Physical Execution
 Load materials according to production schedule
 Load raw materials or packaging onto line
Quality & Compliance
 Confirm item, lot and expiration with QC and Operator
 Follow all food safety and plant safety procedures
Coordination & Communication
 Notify Supervisor after inspection
Cleaning & Changeover
 Clean and sanitize area and equipment
Hiring Requirements:
 Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 8–10+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
