Warehouse Assistant

    • About the Role

    The Warehouse Assistant is the operational backbone of Olympic Hot Tub. You'll support the entire company through shipping and receiving, inventory management, order picking and staging, and keeping the warehouse running cleanly and efficiently. You'll regularly operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment — and your work directly supports our field technicians, delivery teams, and customers every single day. Mechanical knowledge is a plus.


    What You'll Do

    Order Picking & Shipping

  • Pick, organize, and load product sales orders using forklift, pallet jacks, and picking carts
  • Pick, package, and label e-commerce orders using computer and shipping software
  • Assist with picking, packing, and staging parts and supply orders for Service and Valet Technicians

    • Receiving & Inventory

  • Receive UPS, FedEx, Truckload, and LTL product shipments
  • Verify shipments by item code and piece count using appropriate documents and procedures
  • Restock warehouse shelves, bins, and stock sites using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method
  • Work with the Warehouse Lead and management to maintain accurate inventory and restocking levels

    • Deliveries & Equipment

  • Support customer product deliveries and loading of delivery vendors
  • Operate and maintain company forklift, vans, and box truck
  • Cross-train to prepare and install accessories for new deliveries

    • Workspace Standards

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness using Clean As You Go (CAYG) and end-of-day task standards
  • Other tasks and duties as required to keep the operation moving


    • Skills & Requirements

  • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable with computers and business software including Outlook and Excel
  • Intermediate math skills for order picking, stocking, and inventory management
  • Able to safely operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jacks, and picking carts
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License — no more than one minor moving violation
  • Must be insurable on company insurance
