We're seeking a technically minded, customer-focused professional to help expand our presence across commercial aerospace, defense, and the rapidly evolving unmanned aircraft market.

You'll represent innovative prepreg and resin technologies, collaborate with industry-leading customers, and help position Renegade Materials for continued growth in both established and emerging aerospace markets.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial aerospace, defense, and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS/UAV) markets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, unmanned aircraft manufacturers, and strategic partners.
• Identify emerging applications for advanced composite materials, including prepregs, thermoset resins, and lightweight structural components.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting and opportunity development through program launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to develop customer-focused technical solutions.
• Represent Renegade Materials at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Help shape the company's long-term growth strategy by identifying emerging technologies, markets, and customer needs.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline. An advanced technical degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical business development, technical sales, applications engineering, or related roles within advanced materials, aerospace, defense, or composite manufacturing.
• Professional experience working with advanced materials such as prepregs, thermoset resins, polymers, adhesives, or fiber-reinforced composites.
• Demonstrated success identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and supporting technical product commercialization.
• Experience working with aerospace and defense OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or other technically demanding manufacturing customers.
• Experience with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS/UAV), drone manufacturing, or lightweight composite aircraft structures is strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate their value to engineering, procurement, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Routine domestic travel with occasional international travel.

Compensation
$140,000–$170,000 annual salary (exempt)
