At Poolie, we started with a simple goal: make pool maintenance reliable, professional, and hassle-free. From day one, our mission has been to raise the bar in pool service, combining expertise, integrity, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Today, we're one of the fastest-growing pool service companies in the area, trusted by hundreds of residential and commercial customers. Our team is built on collaboration, respect, and pride in a job well done, and we believe that when our people succeed, our customers do too.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: $60K+ Starting Base Salary (Room for Growth)
  • Full Benefits Package: Health, dental, and vision insurance, short & long-term disability, PTO, performance bonuses, and 10 paid holidays.
  • Career Growth: Clear paths to Lead Commercial Technician, Trainer, Field Supervisor, or Operations Leadership roles.
  • Supportive Team Environment: We set you up for success from Day 1.
  • Schedule
  • Full-Time Flexible: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Earlier start and finish times available if preferred.
  • Reporting Location: In-office start and end at your assigned branch location.

What You'll Do

As a Pool Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing pool systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation for our customers.

  • Pool Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment, including pumps, motors, filters, heaters, automation systems, chemical controllers, plumbing, valves, circulation systems, and other critical components. Perform repairs that meet industry standards while minimizing downtime and maximizing long-term system reliability.
  • High-Quality Repair Quotes: Provide clear, detailed, and professional pool repair quotes focused on improving system efficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, and utilizing high-quality products backed by strong manufacturer warranties. Evaluate customer needs and recommend pool repair solutions that balance performance, safety, longevity, and budget.
  • Customer Communication: Contact customers before service to confirm appointments and arrival times. Clearly explain diagnostic findings, repair recommendations, and available options during service, then follow up afterward to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future pool repair opportunities.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Not Quite a Repair Technician Yet?

We're actively seeking experienced technicians who can independently diagnose, troubleshoot, quote, and repair pool equipment and systems.

However, if you have strong pool industry experience, a solid understanding of pool equipment and filtration systems, and are working toward becoming a full-time Repair Technician, we'd still love to hear from you.

Exceptional candidates who may not yet meet all Repair Technician requirements (Including the RAIL) could be considered for a Pool Filter Service Technician position, with opportunities for advancement into a Repair Technician role as their technical skills and experience grow.
