Position: PM Kitchen Manager

Location: Lola 41 Aspen in The White Elephant Hotel
Main Street Aspen

About the Role
The PM Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for leading the evening kitchen line operation, ensuring consistent food quality, efficient service, and a clean, organized, and safe kitchen throughout the shift.

This position serves as the lead line cook during PM service and the closing supervisor, setting the standard for execution, communication, cleanliness, organization, and teamwork. The PM Kitchen Supervisor is expected to lead by example, and to help keep the kitchen operating efficiently during service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the PM kitchen line during service and maintain a smooth, organized flow.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and front-of-house throughout service.
- Monitor product levels throughout the shift and communicate shortages or concerns promptly.
- Assist team members when necessary while maintaining their own station
- Address service issues quickly and professionally.
- Take responsibility for the kitchen when the Chef leaves after the rush
- Ensure all closing procedures are completed thoroughly and correctly.
- Verify that food is properly stored, labeled, dated, and rotated.
- Ensure equipment is properly cleaned, and turned off
- Complete end-of-night kitchen checks
- Complete and maintain the prep list for the following day's operation
- Help maintain accurate inventory awareness to prevent shortages / waste.

Qualifications
- Previous professional kitchen experience required.
- Strong line-cooking experience and ability to lead a station during service.
- Previous supervisory or lead-cook experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of food preparation, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high kitchen standards.
- Knowledge of English and Spanish preferred
