Full-Time CNA In-Home Caregiver in Charlottesville, Virginia at Trove Home Care

Trove Home Care is looking for an experienced, dependable caregiver with an active CNA license seeking approximately 30–40 hours per week. This role is a great fit for someone who wants consistent hours and is comfortable with a schedule that may vary based on client needs.

• Starting pay: $24–$27/hour, depending on experience
• Approximately 30–40 hours per week
• Time and a half pay for holidays and overtime
• Mileage reimbursement during client shifts

Our caregivers provide in-home support to help clients maintain their comfort, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Companionship and general support

• Active Virginia CNA certification required
• Flexible availability based on client needs
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Comfortable working with multiple clients as needed
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and personal care
• Must pass a background check and reference screening
• We reserve the right to require a minimum of 16 weekend work hours per month based on scheduling and business needs.
