  • Support safeguarding and compliance: Assist with implementation and monitoring of safeguarding, PSEAH, child protection, compliance checklists, procedures, and action plans across international programs and partner organizations.
  • Coordinate training and capacity building: Help develop, maintain, coordinate, and deliver safeguarding and accountability training, onboarding activities, Communities of Practice, and compliance tracking.
  • Support investigations and case management: Assist with misconduct and safeguarding investigations through case tracking, confidential documentation, interview coordination, logistics, action-item monitoring, and secure record maintenance.
  • Administer accountability systems: Support FaceUp and related platforms through user access management, system maintenance, shared inbox monitoring, data imports, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Manage reporting and Produce reports, dashboards, and analyses covering complaints, trends, cases, and compliance, while supporting internal reporting, leadership updates, donor requirements, and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate projects and operations: Track timelines, deliverables, priorities, meetings, decisions, and follow-up actions while maintaining organized documentation and knowledge-management systems.
  • Develop communications and resources: Create and maintain reports, presentations, training materials, guidance, visual resources, and other materials that translate technical safeguarding concepts into accessible, practical information.
  • Support global collaboration: Work with country offices, regional teams, partners, HR, MEAL, advancement, and technical teams to coordinate implementation, communications, research, and follow-up.
  • Promote accessibility across contexts: Coordinate translation and contextual adaptation of materials, particularly French-language resources, to support consistent implementation across diverse operational environments.
Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, safeguarding, accountability, compliance, case management, investigations, or a related area.
  • International or cross-cultural experience, ideally working with field offices, global teams, partners, or distributed organizations.
  • Relevant safeguarding or accountability experience in humanitarian, development, nonprofit, faith-based, or similar environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Data and systems proficiency, including Microsoft Office and experience with data, case-management, project-management, and collaboration tools such as Teams, Asana, Power BI, FaceUp, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information and data into clear, actionable reports and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop training and communication materials and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust, foster consensus, and work effectively across diverse global and remote teams.

  • Competitive benefits package for eligible full-time, regular employees.
  • Employee discount program.
  • Comprehensive employee well-being support, including programs focused on leadership, workplace culture, and whole-person health.
  • Opportunity to contribute to humanitarian, development, accountability, and safeguarding initiatives supporting vulnerable communities.
  • Exposure to diverse international teams, field offices, partners, and cross-cultural operating environments.
