Event Set-Up Team in Leesburg, Florida at Hawthorne Residents Cooperative Association Inc

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Reports directly to the Program Coordinator.
• The position’s main duties include the set-up and removal of all events according to event needs and the standards of the room requested. Training is provided, previous experience in event set-up is not required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Event set-ups range in attendance from 10 people to 350 people.
• Moving and setting up tables ranging in length from 3 ft to 6 ft.
• Moving and setting up folding chairs.
• Moving and setting up risers for specific events.
• Preparing audio/visual equipment (training provided).
• The ability to follow proper safety measures and training provided.
• The ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
