You’ll help maintain platform configuration, data integrity, and reliable system performance across key P2P applications.
Working closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, operations, and technology partners, you’ll help resolve issues and keep processes running smoothly.
The position offers hands-on exposure to enterprise procurement and payment technology while building expertise through collaboration with experienced team members.
You’ll manage support requests, contribute to reporting and analysis, and help identify opportunities for process improvement.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication will be essential in balancing multiple priorities.
This is an opportunity to grow within a collaborative, technology-enabled environment while contributing to accurate and compliant financial operations.

Accountabilities
  • Support the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of procure-to-pay platforms covering vendor marketplaces, purchasing, invoicing, and payment processing.

  • Maintain transaction and purchasing data integrity across P2P platforms and related accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable requirements.

  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of system-driven purchasing and payment processes to promote consistent execution and compliance.

  • Manage the Help Desk queue, respond to support tickets and emails within established service-level expectations, and provide timely assistance to users.

  • Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, operations teams, and technology providers to communicate system changes and support effective adoption of processes.

  • Investigate routine technical issues and escalate complex or high-priority matters to senior support leadership when appropriate.

  • Prepare financial, administrative, operational, and other reports or analyses as assigned.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing system configurations, identifying process opportunities, and providing feedback on support procedures.

  • Maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and technology partners to promote consistent and reliable system execution.

Requirements
  • College degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Previous experience with procurement systems, procure-to-pay technology, financial systems, or technical support is preferred but not required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or process-related information clearly to different stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools.

  • Basic mathematical skills and the ability to work accurately with financial records, budgets, and fiscal reporting information.

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability when completing system support activities.

  • Experience or comfort managing a Help Desk queue and responding to routine technical requests within established service levels.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple ongoing support requests while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new procure-to-pay systems and payment technologies and apply coaching from senior team members.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, financial, operational, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Ability to work remotely within the United States, excluding Alaska.

  • Ability to work for extended periods at a computer and manage a fast-paced environment with interruptions and multiple deadlines.

Benefits
  • Compensation: $27.00–$28.50 per hour, with actual compensation determined by factors including experience, skills, business needs, and geographic location.

  • Bonus opportunity: Eligibility for applicable quarterly or annual performance-based incentive programs.

  • Healthcare: Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance options, including low-cost employee-only medical coverage.

  • Paid time off: 15 vacation days, 4 personal days, 10 sick days, and 11 paid holidays for new hires, with additional vacation accrual based on tenure.

  • Additional time off: Birthday off after one year of service and a six-week paid sabbatical after 10 years of service, recurring every five years thereafter.

  • Family support: Paid parental leave and a lifetime fertility benefit reimbursement of up to $10,000, including adoption and surrogacy.

  • Wellness and protection: Employee Assistance Program plus critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, pet insurance, legal plans, and other support programs.

  • Work arrangement: Fully remote position within the United States, except Alaska.
