This role offers the opportunity to turn complex AI and enterprise technology concepts into clear, authoritative technical content for sophisticated audiences. You will create documentation, implementation guides, product content, whitepapers, and technical articles spanning AI infrastructure, GPU computing, cloud platforms, data centers, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT. The position requires strong research skills and the ability to understand technical specifications, architectures, and deployment requirements quickly. You will collaborate closely with technical experts, engineers, product teams, and subject-matter specialists to validate and communicate complex information accurately. Your content will support technical professionals as well as senior technology decision-makers evaluating infrastructure and solutions. This is a strong fit for a technically curious writer who enjoys learning emerging technologies and translating them into practical, structured content.

• Create clear, accurate, and technically detailed short-form content for landing pages, product pages, and technology solutions.
• Develop well-structured technical documentation covering infrastructure, products, systems, and enterprise technology.
• Produce implementation guides that help technical teams understand, evaluate, and deploy infrastructure and technology solutions.
• Research and write technical whitepapers covering AI infrastructure, GPU computing, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging enterprise technologies.
• Create product and specification content for enterprise hardware, infrastructure solutions, and technology services.
• Write technical blog posts and research-driven content for IT decision-makers, architects, engineers, infrastructure practitioners, and other technical audiences.
• Translate complex technical specifications, architectures, and infrastructure concepts into content that is accessible while preserving technical accuracy.
• Work with engineering, product, technical, and subject-matter experts to gather information, clarify requirements, and validate technical details.
• Research emerging technologies, market developments, and industry trends relevant to AI infrastructure and enterprise IT.
• Review and edit technical content to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, completeness, and appropriate terminology.
• Use diagrams, tables, specifications, and other structured formats where they improve technical communication and comprehension.
• Maintain consistent technical language, terminology, formatting, and documentation standards across content.

• Native-level English-speaking ability, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong ability to understand complex technical subjects and explain them clearly to specialist and decision-maker audiences.
• Experience creating technical documentation, implementation guides, product documentation, technical articles, or similar content.
• Strong research capabilities and the ability to quickly develop an understanding of unfamiliar technologies and technical domains.
• Ability to work confidently with technical specifications, architecture documentation, product information, implementation requirements, and subject-matter experts.
• Exceptional attention to technical accuracy, detail, consistency, and completeness.
• Ability to organize complex information into logical, structured, and easy-to-navigate documentation.
• Strong understanding of one or more relevant technical areas, such as AI infrastructure, AI data centers, AI factories, GPU computing, high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, servers, enterprise hardware, data centers, cybersecurity, virtualization, enterprise IT, or infrastructure architecture.
• Ability to adapt content for engineers, IT practitioners, architects, infrastructure teams, and senior technology decision-makers.
• Comfortable conducting independent technical research and identifying the right questions to validate complex information.
• Experience writing whitepapers or research-driven technical content is preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, GPU infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and technical content optimization is beneficial.
• Experience using AI-assisted research and writing tools is a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise hardware or infrastructure products is preferred.
