Parts Driver - Scrap Metal and Delivery Services

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Driver to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver parts to customers and job sites in a timely and professional manner

- Drive parts van safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies

- Assist in the collection and transportation of scrap metal and cardboard for processing

- Cut up cardboard and other materials as needed to facilitate recycling and disposal

- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation

- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues

- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and work area

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Experience driving vans or similar vehicles preferred

- Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely

- Basic knowledge of scrap metal and recycling processes is a plus

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to safety procedures and regulations

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
