Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Graniteville, SC, US
Onsite
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000/year
Bonus: 10% target annually

Job Summary
Seeking a **Senior Mechanical Engineer** to lead mechanical engineering and capital projects within a heavy industrial plant. Projects range from **$50K to $5M**, covering design, fabrication, FAT, commissioning, and startup.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage capital projects up to **$5M** from design through commissioning.
* Develop and manage drawings using **AutoCAD Mechanical, Inventor, and Vault**.
* Lead **machine FAT, startup, and commissioning** activities.
* Create/manage **BOMs and spare-parts requirements**.
* Perform equipment/project **risk assessments** and implement safety measures.
* Manage vendors and **external contractors**.
* Provide mechanical engineering support and drive continuous improvement.

Must-Haves
* Capital project management experience up to **$5M**.
* **Autodesk Inventor 3D modeling** and **Autodesk Vault** experience.
* Machine **FAT and commissioning** experience.
* Heavy industrial plant engineering background.
* **BOM management** experience.
* Equipment risk assessment experience.
* External contractor management experience.

Work Environment: Approximately 80% production floor; high-temperature, high-noise environment with heavy machinery.
