Web & Digital Experience Coordinator Position Summary:

The Web & Digital Experience Coordinator maintains and improves TidalHealth’s public-facing digital platforms to provide accurate, accessible and user-centered experiences. This position is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the TidalHealth website, digital advertising initiatives, online forms, surveys, landing pages, systemwide PatientPoint television content, location and practitioner information and other digital tools that support patients, consumers, team members and organizational priorities.

Working collaboratively with Marketing & Communications team members, organizational leaders, service lines, Information Technology, Compliance, Legal, vendors and other stakeholders, the Digital Experience Coordinator coordinates digital projects from initial request through development, testing, launch, measurement and ongoing optimization. The position maintains website content and functionality, coordinates digital advertising campaigns, builds and maintains online forms and surveys and oversees content displayed through PatientPoint television systems across TidalHealth locations.

Web & Digital Experience Coordinator Requirements:

The Digital Experience Coordinator helps ensure TidalHealth’s digital platforms follow organizational brand standards, accessibility requirements, privacy expectations, search engine optimization practices and established content governance processes. This position uses analytics, user feedback and performance data to identify opportunities to improve the digital experience and serves as a central resource for digital best practices.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, web development, information systems, business or a related field required.
• Equivalent education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

License and/or certification:

• Google Analytics, Google Ads, accessibility, user experience or other relevant digital certifications preferred.

Experience:

• Experience managing content within a website content management system required.
• Experience developing or coordinating digital advertising campaigns required.
• Experience creating and managing online forms, surveys or digital data-collection tools required.
• Minimum of three (3) years professional experience in website management, digital marketing, digital communications, user experience or a related field preferred.
