Job Description
Location: Oxford, MI
Pay: $20-30/hour
Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills to produce high-precision aerospace and defense components. You’ll make G-code and machining adjustments, troubleshoot setups and tooling, and inspect parts to ensure they meet specification.

What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and adjust multi-axis CNC mills using engineering drawings, work instructions, and machine programs.
- Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as needed.
- Inspect first-piece and finished parts using precision measurement tools.
- Assist in troubleshooting machining, tooling, setup, and quality issues.
- Complete required quality documentation and basic machine maintenance.
- Support other machines and operators as production needs require.

Requirements:- 3+ years of CNC mill setup experience.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and similar precision measurement tools.
- Experience with Mastercam, CAMWorks, or GibbsCAM preferred.
- Experience with Fanuc, Fadal, or Makino controllers preferred.
