Job Description
LOCATION: Fully Remote - FL, IL, KS, MI, OH, PA, TX, UT, & WI
SCHEDULE: This position is set to run approximately 9 months. The set hours are 20 hours per week but are flexible within the Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST window.
POSITION SUMMARY
This internship provides hands-on experience creating marketing materials for Navari's financial empowerment and affinity programs, including Love My Credit Union Rewards and other member engagement initiatives, while also supporting broader corporate marketing efforts such as social media, campaign reporting, content development, and sales enablement.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Empowerment Program Marketing Support
- Assist in developing B2C marketing creative for member-focused programs, including Love My Credit Union Rewards, Save to Win, and other financial wellness initiatives. Assets may include email templates, social content, online and mobile banking graphics, digital banners, and print collateral.
- Support customization and versioning of member-facing assets within program brand guidelines (LMCUR and Save to Win Youth Edition).
- Help maintain and refresh Partner Center marketing kits and downloadable resources for participating credit unions.
- Assist with copywriting for member-facing communications (subject lines, short-form social, promotional blurbs) using AP style and Navari brand voice.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Pull and organize monthly performance data for LMCUR (enrollment, TAM growth, revenue by partner)
- Support UTM tracking hygiene, campaign tagging, and reporting rollups from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Sprout Social, and Salesforce.
- Assist in building simple dashboards and post-campaign recaps for internal stakeholders and credit union partners.
Corporate Marketing / B2B Support
- Assist with organic social content for Navari's LinkedIn, including drafting, scheduling, and light engagement monitoring.
- Support the Sales Ambassador and Brand Ambassador tracks with content prep, scheduling, and reporting.
- Help track B2B campaign performance across events (SHRM, ABA, GAC, MAC), webinars, and paid channels.
- Assist with Salesforce campaign entry and basic reporting.
- Support webinar promotion and post-event nurture communications.
- Assist with general team projects: proofreading, asset organization, SharePoint/Asana updates, SOP documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field (junior or senior standing preferred), OR a recent graduate within the past 12 months.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) from a professional or brand-management perspective.
Preferred
- Coursework or experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar design tools.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), Google Analytics, or basic reporting tools.
- Interest in financial services, credit unions, fintech, or related industries.
- Experience creating short-form video content for social media or digital marketing campaigns.
TRAVEL
- Position may require light travel as needed to support clients and/or attend company events.
