- Full-time, permanent position - 40h/week

About the role:
- Deliver HVAC & refrigeration services across planned maintenance, reactive work, fault diagnostics, and installations
- Work independently and in a team to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to NZ Standards
- Manage your workload effectively, coordinating with supervisors, service coordinators, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, timesheets, and condition assessments
- Champion health & safety through hazard reporting, safe work practices, and active participation in toolbox talks
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering highquality service and communicating clearly on job progress
- Contribute to a positive team culture aligned with Aquaheat's guiding principles
About you:
- Qualified in HVAC/Refrigeration
- At least 3 years' posttrade experience
- Current NZ Class 1 driver licence (or ability to obtain one)
- Experienced with airconditioning, ventilation & refrigeration systems across installation, maintenance, and fault finding
- Strong technical problemsolver who takes pride in delivering highquality workmanship
- Organised and proactive with the ability to manage your own time and respond to urgent work when needed
- Customerfocused communicator who can handle enquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships
- Safetyconscious with a solid understanding of compliance, PPE, and safe work practices
- Teamoriented, supportive, and committed to contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic and pride in representing the business well
