  • Maintain consistency in product quality, portioning, presentation, and yield.
  • Keep prep stations, walk-ins, and storage areas clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, labeling, temperature control, and FIFO procedures.
  • Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, food processors, and ovens.
  • Communicate with the Chef team regarding prep status, product quality, and inventory needs.
  • Support the line and assist teammates as business needs evolve throughout the day.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Pride in producing consistent, high-quality work.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Passion for hospitality, great food, and continuous improvement.

WHY WORK WITH US?

  • Opportunities for growth and advancement within a chef-driven, award-winning hospitality company.
  • Work alongside talented culinary professionals who are passionate about mentorship and continuous development.
  • Be part of a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional food, hospitality, and craftsmanship.
  • Competitive hourly compensation.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits with company contributions for eligible team members.
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time.
  • Previous prep cook, line cook, culinary production, or comparable professional kitchen experience required.
  • Working knowledge of knife skills, food preparation methods, commercial kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
  • Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, production schedules, and Chef direction with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and other business-driven schedules.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk continuously throughout extended kitchen shifts.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull ingredients, cookware, containers, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements while preparing food.
  • Safely operate knives, slicers, mixers, food processors, ovens, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Work in environments with exposure to heat, steam, sharp objects, wet floors, cleaning chemicals, and walk-in coolers or freezers.
