Business Development Representative — Entry-Level Sales & Marketing in Meridian, Idaho at Resilient Enterprise Marketing

We’re looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. This is an entry-level position designed for people who are ready to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a foundation for a long-term career in sales, marketing, and business development.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided.

• Connect with customers and community members through in-person conversations
• Represent clients and partner organizations at events, promotions, and outreach activities
• Introduce customers to products, services, and campaign initiatives
• Identify potential customers and generate new leads
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships
• Support customer acquisition and brand-awareness campaigns
• Record leads, customer interactions, and outreach activity using CRM tools
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams
