As a Barista, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests by preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.

This position interacts directly with guests, takes orders, provides recommendations, and prepares beverages according to established recipes and individual preferences. The Barista also helps maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area while working closely with other team members to provide efficient and friendly service.

This role offers a flexible schedule and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs and availability.

Success in this role requires strong guest service skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and coworkers.

• Previous barista experience or barista training.

• Experience using point-of-sale systems.

• Knowledge of coffee, tea, and beverage preparation.

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly and professional service.

• Answer questions and make beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.

• Accurately enter and process guest orders using the point-of-sale system.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation and service areas.

• Clean and maintain equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the appropriate supervisor.

• Restock ingredients, cups, lids, condiments, and other supplies as needed.

• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices.

• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient service during busy periods.

• Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned duties as needed.

Multitasking: Manages multiple orders and responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and timely service.
