Job Duties

As a Loan Quality Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and compliance of our loan portfolio by:

• Reviewing loan files for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Identifying documentation exceptions and working with the lending staff to resolve issues
• Monitoring quality control standards and internal procedures
• Conducting audits and quality review of loan documentation
• Supporting internal and external examination processes
• Tracking trends and recommending progress improvements
• Assisting with risk management initiatives related to loan operations
• Ensuring adherence to bank policies and industry regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors or Associates degree in business, finance, accounting or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in lending, loan administration, underwriting, loan review, quality control, or a related banking function.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and banking regulations is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop staff

Salary Range: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
