The Opportunity
We're looking for a Photographer & Digital Assistant to join our Creative team, reporting to our Creative Manager. You'll be behind the camera and on set every week, capturing the product, campaign and social imagery that brings Petal & Pup to life across our website and channels — while also keeping our shoots running smoothly from a digital production standpoint. It's a great fit for someone who loves the technical craft of photography just as much as the creative side, and who wants to grow within a fast-paced, in-house creative team.

The Role
As part of our Creative team, you will:

• Shoot weekly ecommerce production, including product, ghost mannequin and model photography, plus campaigns, social content and events
• Work closely with stylists and the production team to ensure every image meets our ecommerce technical standards for framing, cropping and resolution
• Set up and operate photography equipment, managing lighting, composition and technical quality on every shoot
• Edit and retouch images to keep everything consistent with our brand's visual standards
• Manage tethered capture workflows on set, keeping camera and workstation equipment running smoothly and flagging any technical or styling issues in real time
• Organise and catalogue our digital image files and asset libraries, with consistent naming and secure backups
• Maintain our photography and multimedia equipment, and keep an eye on new tools and techniques that could improve our production
• Contribute creative ideas informed by fashion, photography and content trends, always with the customer experience front of mind

About You
You'll bring:

• Solid photography experience, ideally within ecommerce, fashion or a similar fast-paced production environment
• Strong technical skills across lighting, composition and camera equipment, including tethered shooting
• Confident photo editing and retouching skills, with a keen eye for brand consistency
• A methodical approach to file management, cataloguing and digital asset organisation
• Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with stylists, production and the wider creative team
• A genuine interest in fashion, photography and content trends
• The flexibility and problem-solving mindset to keep a shoot running smoothly when things change on the day
