Compensation:$60,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide families through the legal processes of the Marchman Act and Guardianship with empathy and clarity.
- Communicate effectively with clients, offering clear and actionable advice to foster trust and confidence.
- Collaborate with our legal team to ensure seamless case management and client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of innovation.
- Provide consistent follow-up to ensure clients are supported throughout their recovery journey.
- Facilitate connections between clients and appropriate resources or services to aid in their recovery process.
- Educate families on their legal options and the steps involved in the recovery process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in guiding families through legal processes with empathy and clarity.
- Experience in consultative sales, with a focus on empathy and building trust.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, offering clear and actionable advice.
- Proven track record of collaborating with legal teams to ensure seamless case management.
- Strong skills in maintaining detailed and accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of innovation.
- Experience in providing consistent follow-up to support clients throughout their recovery journey.
- Ability to facilitate connections between clients and appropriate resources or services to aid in recovery processes.
