The Learning Experience Change Manager will design, deliver, and oversee comprehensive learning programs that support operational excellence in high-volume environments. This role connects client requirements with frontline execution by strengthening employee competencies, process proficiency, and change adoption. You will assess learning needs, identify performance gaps, and align training initiatives with key operational objectives. The position works closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, operations, quality teams, and client stakeholders to ensure effective learning experiences. You will use performance data and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and strengthen training outcomes. Success in this role requires strong communication, project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities. The position offers a remote working environment with regular travel and the opportunity to influence both employee performance and operational results.
- Conduct training needs assessments to evaluate baseline skills, identify competency gaps, and align learning curricula with client KPIs and operational objectives.
- Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop process maps, standard operating procedures, and targeted upskilling modules.
- Measure new-hire speed to proficiency through assessments and monitor performance against KPIs during the first 30–60 days.
- Establish feedback loops with operations, quality assurance, and client leaders to identify and address performance, content, and policy gaps.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and learning activities to maintain alignment throughout client transitions and organizational changes.
- Monitor change readiness and adoption, proactively identifying resistance or execution challenges and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with client success teams, operations managers, and QA leaders to translate business requirements into practical frontline behaviors and sustainable process improvements.
- Maintain end-to-end oversight of learning and change projects, coordinating schedules, stakeholders, deliverables, and proactive mitigation of potential risks.
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in RAD or ERT environments, with exposure to learning, training, operations, or change initiatives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies, including ADDIE and Kirkpatrick.
- Have working knowledge of structured change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex client requirements into clear and actionable frontline practices.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities across diverse teams and organizational levels.
- Be comfortable working with learning metrics, post-training performance curves, adoption indicators, and other data used to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Be highly organized and capable of coordinating complex projects while adapting quickly to changing priorities and operational requirements.
- Demonstrate a proactive, analytical, and self-directed approach to identifying gaps, facilitating change, and driving measurable improvements.
- The stated annual salary range is $97,000–$145,000, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.
- The role is fully remote within the United States.
- The position includes travel of approximately 25–50% during the year.
