Join a high-velocity engineering environment building the next generation of AI-powered creative products.
You’ll help shape intuitive, expressive interfaces for image, video, music, audiobook, and agentic creation experiences.
The role combines strong frontend engineering skills with product thinking, UX sensitivity, and visual craftsmanship.
You’ll own features end to end, from early concepts and prototypes through development, iteration, and launch.
You’ll collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Growth, and Sales to solve meaningful customer and business problems.
With significant autonomy and flexibility, you’ll influence both product direction and the technical solutions behind it.
You’ll also help raise the bar for the team by mentoring other frontend-focused engineers and contributing to a culture of excellence.

Accountabilities
  • Build and maintain creative products and platform experiences used by millions of users, with a strong focus on frontend development and user experience.
  • Design and develop intuitive UX/UI workflows for AI-powered creative experiences, including image generation, video, music, audiobooks, and agentic creation.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end features across the full stack, from scoping and prototyping through implementation, launch, and iteration.
  • Help define the product and development direction for the features and experiences you own.
  • Develop new proof-of-concept products, including solutions created directly with partner customers, with potential to scale into new markets.
  • Improve existing products through UX enhancements, new functionality, integrations, and thoughtful adoption of emerging AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Growth, and Sales to create cohesive web experiences and solve customer and internal workflow challenges.
  • Execute and iterate on designs using user feedback, product insights, and web development best practices.
  • Contribute to reliable, performant, secure, and scalable internal infrastructure as products and usage grow.
  • Mentor less experienced frontend-leaning engineers and contribute to engineering standards and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the collection, management, and processing of large-scale datasets supporting the development of next-generation generative AI models.
Requirements
  • Professional experience as a frontend engineer with a strong eye for design, visual quality, and user experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with hands-on experience building modern web applications.
  • Experience using design and animation libraries such as Shadcn, Framer Motion, D3, or comparable tools.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating web projects and the ability to create compelling, polished digital experiences; personal branding and ownership of the work are highly valued.
  • Familiarity with common software and system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage solutions, data structures, and related engineering concepts.
  • Strong product mindset, with the ability to understand user problems, make thoughtful design decisions, and translate concepts into production-quality experiences.
  • High degree of autonomy, ownership, curiosity, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with minimal bureaucracy.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills when working across Engineering, Design, Growth, Sales, and other teams.
  • A track record of solving challenging technical or product problems through projects, designs, GitHub contributions, or other demonstrable work. Formal degrees or certifications are not required.
  • Experience building media, creative, or AI-powered products for enterprise customers is a plus.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work, with the opportunity to work from United States or other supported locations.
  • Access to a global, diverse team and the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals across multiple regions.
  • Annual discretionary professional development stipend to support learning and career growth.
  • Annual discretionary stipend for meeting and connecting with colleagues in person.
  • Annual company-wide offsite in a different international location.
  • Monthly coworking stipend for employees who are not located near a main office hub.
  • High-autonomy, AI-first culture focused on rapid experimentation and meaningful impact.
  • Flexible opportunities to work across teams and projects according to your strengths and interests.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge generative AI products reaching millions of users.
  • Significant influence over product direction, technical solutions, and the future of AI-powered creative experiences.
