This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Performance Strategies Facilitator based in the United States.

As a Client Performance Strategies Facilitator, you’ll deliver impactful training and coaching programs for clients across the United States and Canada. You’ll serve as an extension of the client support team before, during, and after each engagement, helping ensure a consistently high-quality experience. The role combines in-person facilitation, virtual training, client relationship management, facilitator coaching, and operational coordination. You’ll work with both established and new clients, adapting your approach to different audiences and learning environments. You’ll also help develop new facilitators and strengthen the tools, processes, and standards that support long-term client success. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing position requiring extensive travel, estimated at approximately 60% of the year.

Accountabilities:
  • Facilitate client training programs both on-site and virtually, adapting delivery to different audiences, client needs, and learning environments.
  • Launch and deliver training programs for new and established clients at locations of their choice.
  • Lead multi-week virtual training and coaching sessions using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Occasionally support program demonstrations for prospective clients in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key client contacts through effective communication and high-quality facilitation.
  • Support newly licensed client facilitators through co-facilitation, shadowing, observation, coaching, and quality-control activities.
  • Coordinate facilitator schedules and calendars while ensuring efficient planning and cost-effective travel arrangements.
  • Provide guidance and operational support to external facilitators, including onboarding, best-practice coaching, training coordination, and maintaining facilitator resources.
  • Help enhance facilitator tools, repositories, and training resources to support consistent program delivery.
  • Coordinate facilitator training calendars and track and submit facilitator invoices as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience facilitating independent or corporate training programs.
  • 1–3 years of experience facilitating Integrity Solutions programs is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Strong experience using virtual collaboration and training platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Experience working with credit unions, financial institutions, or similar client environments is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, facilitators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organization, scheduling, coordination, and relationship-management abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain required certifications and licenses for Integrity Solutions and/or other partner training programs.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel, with approximately 60% travel expected throughout the year.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, client support, facilitators, and other internal teams.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 100% company-paid life and disability insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings options with company matching.
  • Three weeks of paid time off by the end of the first year.
  • Opportunities for career development and advancement through a strong promote-from-within culture.
  • Access to learning and development resources designed to support ongoing skill growth.
  • Exposure to a diverse business portfolio and opportunities to explore different career paths within the organization.
  • Remote work environment with extensive client travel.
  • Opportunities to work with a broad range of clients and professional development programs.
