- Manage relationships with accounts and partners across India and international markets, building trust and identifying opportunities for long-term collaboration.
- Provide consulting and guidance to partners on integrating their existing systems and workflows with the available platform and services.
- Identify business development opportunities, with a particular focus on expanding revenue and engagement within existing partner accounts.
- Support the implementation of marketing initiatives, sales promotions, and campaigns designed to drive business growth.
- Deliver presentations and sales pitches to introduce new services and solutions to existing partners.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements that establish sustainable, long-term business partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams across departments to ensure efficient and timely client setups, implementations, and integrations.
- Work with operations teams to support smooth day-to-day account and service delivery.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions based on their business needs.
- Assist customers with inquiries, conflicts, issues, and problems through phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline while achieving assigned revenue and service-level targets.
- Keep pipeline information accurate through detailed notes, consistent follow-ups, and disciplined account management.
- Monitor competitive developments and account performance, recommending improvements to products, services, and policies where appropriate.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience managing strategic clients and/or supporting international sales, marketing, or account management initiatives, preferably within an IT or internet-focused company.
- Strong interest in developing a long-term career in sales and account management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with clients through email, chat, and phone.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to recognize commercial opportunities through day-to-day account interactions.
- Tenacity, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to solving customer and business challenges.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while taking ownership of priorities and outcomes.
- Objective-driven and analytical mindset, combined with logical and creative problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with technology, web services, hosting, SaaS, or related internet products is advantageous.
