Shipping Material Handler in Oakdale, Minnesota at Revolution Company

Revolution is now hiring for a Shipping Material Handler position in Oakdale, MN. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail. This position is a full-time permanent role with a competitive benefits package in a clean and safe working environment.

• Accurately record and put inventory away
• Maintain clean and organized workspace.
• Responsible for the product transportation between the plant and the shipping warehouse.
• Inspect trucks prior to loading to ensure safety compliance.
• Stage Orders prior to shipping.
• Pull Orders when ready to ship.
• Verify trucks are loaded with correct product.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to drive a forklift and multitask.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Work flexible schedule (possibly nights, weekends, holidays) when needed.
• Ability to perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.
• Ability to understand and work well with team members, both in operations & support teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn ERP systems and willingness to learn the computer side of the job.
• Being able to sit and stand throughout the day.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
• Exposure to heat and cold.
• Exposure to noise and machinery.

The salary for this position range starts at $20/HR. In addition, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
