Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Account ManagementManage a portfolio of approximately 80-100 existing customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact; Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and monthly touchpoints, and visits to customer sites to strengthen relationships and understand customer needs;Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service;Maintain accurate customer records and account activities within the CRM.The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and passionate about building long-term customer relationships. You thrive in a customer-focused environment, enjoy connecting with people, and are confident picking up the phone to engage with customers as well as visiting customer sites to strengthen relationships and better understand their needs. Rather than cold calling, you'll focus on managing a portfolio of established customer accounts, delivering an exceptional customer experience, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding service.

Our Must Haves3+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or another customer-facing role;Experience working with industrial, manufacturing, construction, contracting, or service industries is preferred;Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an asset;Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills;Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams;Valid Class 5 driver's licence with the ability to travel locally, as required.
