- Develop architectural projects in Autodesk Revit across different stages, including technical feasibility, preliminary studies, preliminary design, and executive projects, ensuring that quality, deadlines, and cost requirements are appropriately addressed.
- Support the control and tracking of project revisions while reviewing compatibility between architectural and related projects to help maintain consistency and quality.
- Coordinate and compatibilize projects developed by external teams, interacting with suppliers and considering the technical and financial implications of project decisions.
- Participate in weekly follow-up meetings with clients, communicating project progress and supporting alignment on requirements and deliverables.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge throughout the project development process, contributing to a collaborative environment focused on quality and future professional opportunities.
- Be currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Architecture and Urbanism or Civil Engineering, with an academic background relevant to architectural project development.
- Have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, with the ability to apply the tool effectively to architectural project development.
- Demonstrate technical attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work with project revisions, compatibility requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Be comfortable collaborating with clients, suppliers, and external project teams while communicating clearly and contributing to technical discussions.
