Position Summary

The Asset Manager is responsible for managing the activities within the land asset management spectrum including property acquisition due diligence; pre-development entitlement; project financing and financial success; awareness of development design and construction processes; maintaining, and developing builder and developer relationships, and negotiating sale and disposition of lots/land. This position is part of a multidisciplinary team of Walton colleagues and consultants to achieve Global and Regional goals and works closely with the Executive and/or Senior VP and other Asset Managers along with Walton operations, legal, analysis and finance teams. MUST reside in the Atlanta, GA region and be willing to travel within the MSA, and to Corporate office locations as needed from time to time.
