We strive to create better-protected communities of responsible self-defenders who have the peace of mind to live their lives confidently. Our company was established in 2009. After initially launching in Texas as Texas LawShield®, the demand for services developed well beyond state lines. Our coverage began to expand across the United States, which is when we became U.S. LawShield. Today, we provide coverage in 46 states and have proudly served more than 2 million people in their self-defense journey.

As a Property & Casualty Licensed Member Services Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping individuals and families understand the value of U.S. LawShield's products, services, and educational offerings.

This role combines customer service, relationship building, and consultative sales in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Whether assisting a current member or helping a prospective customer find the right coverage, you will make a meaningful impact on every interaction.

  • Build trust and long-term relationships through professional, consultative conversations.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns and drive resolutions from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate member records and document customer interactions in company systems.
  • Follow up on member inquiries and sales opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and cross-functional partners to ensure an exceptional member experience.
  • Support and mentor fellow team members when appropriate.
  • Consistently demonstrate U.S. LawShield's core values in every customer interaction.
  • Contribute to individual and team performance goals while maintaining high service standards.

What Makes You Successful

  • Passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new technology platforms and software.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
