We are looking for a highly qualified experience Scheduling Coordinator to handle a variety of day-to-day office task and clerical duties. This candidate should be very organized, professional and able to communicate very effectively. This person will support the Director of Nursing, Executive Administrator and Office Manger. The goal is to work very closely with the Home Health Aide and State Tested Nursing Assistant to ensure scheduling is coordinated and entered in the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.

Responsibilities:

Good communication, customer service skill and quicker learner is a must. A Golden Touch Health Care Agency is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who have experience working in the EVV system or someone who's willing to learn.

The Scheduling Coordinator duties include the following:

Familiar with Home Health Care processes and rules
Must be able to use a computer
Must be able to manage multilayer schedules and direct/supervise staff
Must have a current HHA certification and/or STNA certified.
Must be familiar with home care waiver program rules
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have a marketing/recruitment experience
Must be available to be on-call after hours as needed
Take and record vital signs as assigned, including blood pressure, temperature, respiration.

Required skills and qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age.
Must be training through a vocational school, certified home health agency or hospital with a curriculum consisting of a minimum of 75 hours OR state nurses aide certification or present documentation of your school's curriculum
Experience scheduling and working in a office setting
Current CPR and first aid certifications
Ability to interact and build relationships with older adults

Hourly Rate is negotiable depending on experience.'
