Job Title: Personal Care Assistant – Female Caregiver
Pay: $18-20/hour
Location: Berea, KY
Schedule: Part-Time 24 hours weekly expected. Mon/Tuesday/Thurs. 9a-5p

Position Summary
Caregiver Needed – Female Preferred/Any Nationality
Caregiver Needed for Active Individual with Autism
We are seeking a female caregiver for an individual with autism who is active, delayed in motor and speech skills, and requires full hands-on, full supervision care. The ideal candidate is required to be a non-smoker due to breathing issues. This position is in a clean, multi-family home with no pets, minimal errands, and a supportive family environment. Caregiver role descriptions commonly emphasize personal care, mobility support, companionship, safety monitoring, and light household help.

Care Requirements
Female caregiver only.
Any nationality welcome.
Must be a non-smoker.
No animals in the home.
Minimal travel or errands required.
Home is clean and multi-family.
Client is mobile but requires close supervision for safety.
Family members in the home include mom, two sisters, and grandmother.
Mom works from home and will be present.

Ideal Caregiver
The best caregiver will be patient, attentive, and able to keep up with an active young individual while providing safe, compassionate support. Experience with autistic clients, developmental delays, and behavior redirection would be helpful. In-home caregiver roles often include monitoring, mobility assistance, companionship, and helping maintain a safe environment
