Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and maximize business opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage independent sales representatives within the region.
  • Establish clear performance expectations for representatives and track progress through structured sales metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities while expanding and retaining existing customer portfolios.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including preparation and follow-up with representatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent communication of company strategy, values, and priorities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity to maintain a strong market position.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience within the architecture and design (A&D), construction, or related industries.
  • Proven experience working within a representative-based sales model.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue and growth targets in a regional sales environment.
  • Ability to build, manage, and expand client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and managing external sales representatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and results orientation.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% or more as required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, and disability coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and additional time-off benefits.
  • Employee product discount programs.
  • Career development and growth opportunities within a global organization.
  • Exposure to architecture, design, engineering, and manufacturing industry leaders.
  • Collaborative and recognition-driven work environment with strong team culture.
  • Opportunities to participate in trade shows and industry events nationwide.
