This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise identity and access management solutions within a modern cloud-first environment. You will play a key part in securing and scaling identity services by working hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and related IAM technologies. Acting as both an engineer and solution builder, you will develop integrations, automate identity lifecycle processes, and support governance and compliance initiatives. The position involves close collaboration with security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure reliable and secure access across systems. You will also contribute to improving identity architecture, enhancing system performance, and supporting modernization efforts across cloud platforms. This is a high-impact technical role where security, automation, and scalability intersect in a fast-evolving enterprise environment.

Accountabilities
  • Implement, configure, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) systems, with a strong focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud operations.
  • Develop and support identity lifecycle workflows (JML), automation scripts, and system integrations using APIs, connectors, and identity governance tools.
  • Manage and enhance identity governance processes, including access certifications, role-based access controls, and compliance-driven audits.
  • Monitor identity systems, troubleshoot issues, and support security incident response activities related to IAM infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize identity architecture across cloud and enterprise systems.
  • Support integration between IAM platforms and systems such as Active Directory, MS Entra ID, Okta, and enterprise applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of identity security practices and standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering or related roles, with hands-on experience in enterprise identity platforms.
  • 3+ years of direct experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including implementation, configuration, or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and MFA.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise identity systems such as Active Directory and MS Entra ID.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, shell scripting, and data formats such as JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of IAM governance concepts including certification campaigns, access control models, and lifecycle management workflows.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SOC 2, and PCI.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in complex environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Remote work flexibility across the United States.
  • Exposure to advanced cloud and identity security technologies in a high-growth environment.
  • Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale IAM modernization and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborative, innovation-driven engineering culture.
  • Professional development opportunities in cloud security and identity engineering.
