This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare revenue cycle professional with Epic Contract Management expertise to join a highly collaborative and innovation-driven remote team. In this role, you will support complex contract management operations, reimbursement validation, and payer contract analysis for healthcare clients nationwide. You’ll work closely with revenue cycle leaders, contract specialists, and operational teams to ensure reimbursement accuracy and system optimization. - Support healthcare clients with contract management functions including contract loading, validation, troubleshooting, and reimbursement analysis
- Maintain and support Epic Contract Management systems, including daily maintenance, balancing, and reimbursement updates
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve reimbursement discrepancies and contract-related inquiries
- Assist with contract modeling, payment variance analysis, and reimbursement validation initiatives
- Monitor and maintain schedules for regulatory and reimbursement updates such as Medicare and DRG changes
- Support operational and financial reporting through Epic database imports, exports, and toolkit utilization
- Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, peer training, and continuous process improvement efforts
- Interpret Epic upgrade documentation and implement required contract-related system changes
- Provide guidance and support to other revenue cycle teams regarding reimbursement calculations and contract interpretation
- High school diploma or GED required
- Active Epic RHB390 or RPB390 Contract Administration Certification required
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payer reimbursement and healthcare contract management
- Hands-on experience with Epic Contract Management systems and reimbursement modeling
- Strong understanding of managed care contracts, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Ability to interpret and operationalize complex contract terms and reimbursement rules
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and healthcare contract management software
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
- Willingness to travel onsite occasionally based on business needs
- Openness to innovation and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled process improvements
- Competitive salary range of approximately $51,700 – $99,000 based on experience
