Channel Manager

This role is a high-impact, revenue-driving position focused on building, managing, and scaling a strategic partner ecosystem within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will take ownership of existing partnerships while actively identifying and developing new channel opportunities that align with broader go-to-market objectives. Acting as a key connector between external partners and internal teams, you will help shape joint strategies that drive measurable revenue growth and customer value. The role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute structured partner programs in a dynamic, cross-functional setting. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner execution and alignment. Accountabilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, strengthening relationships and driving long-term business impact.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partnership opportunities aligned with revenue and strategic growth goals.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners, ensuring alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive revenue generation through channel partnerships, including forecasting, pipeline management, and quota responsibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support partner success and alignment.
  • Oversee partner program operations, including reporting, invoicing coordination, portal engagement, and marketing initiatives.
  • Translate technical and business requirements into actionable partnership integration plans when needed.
  • Continuously optimize partner performance through analysis, relationship management, and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnership development, or strategic alliance roles.
  • Proven track record of managing revenue-generating partnerships and carrying sales or bookings quotas.
  • Experience in SaaS or healthcare technology environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to design and execute partnership strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce and Outreach preferred.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
