- Prospect and engage small business customers through personalized outreach and consultative sales strategies
- Manage and close inbound and partner-generated opportunities in a high-volume SaaS sales environment
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through effective pipeline management
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding business challenges and recommending tailored solutions
- Maintain disciplined daily and weekly sales activity routines to support ongoing business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture
- Utilize data-driven insights and modern sales tools to improve outreach effectiveness and sales performance
- At least 1 year of inside sales closing experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology-focused environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and goal-oriented environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and eager to grow professionally
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to continuously improve and adapt
- Comfortable working remotely and managing priorities independently
- Competitive compensation package with base salary plus commission opportunities
- Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of approximately $80,750 – $109,250
