This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and applied artificial intelligence, focusing on building production-grade AI solutions that transform business operations. You will design and deploy generative AI applications, LLM-powered systems, and intelligent automation tools that directly improve enterprise workflows. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions. The position blends hands-on engineering with innovation, requiring both technical depth and strong problem-solving ability. You will also explore emerging AI technologies, including agentic frameworks and orchestration models, to drive continuous improvement. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and intelligent automation systems that enhance business efficiency and decision-making. You will build and maintain scalable LLM-based solutions, including copilots, agents, and workflow automations, while integrating them with enterprise platforms and data sources. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI solutions using generative AI, LLMs, and automation frameworks
- Building scalable AI applications and workflows, including agent-based systems and API-driven integrations
- Applying Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts to connect LLMs with external tools, enterprise systems, and APIs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
- Supporting prompt engineering, model optimization, and responsible AI practices
- Evaluating AI system performance, scalability, and reliability through structured analysis
- Documenting architectures, workflows, and technical implementations for maintainability and governance
- Staying current with emerging AI technologies and recommending innovative improvements
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in software engineering and applied AI/ML development, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions. You are comfortable working across the full lifecycle of AI systems, from design to deployment, and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in AI, ML, or software engineering roles
- Proven experience delivering AI projects, including LLM-based applications and automation systems
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI orchestration techniques
- Experience building or integrating AI agents, copilots, plugins, or extensions in cloud or enterprise environments (e.g., Azure or Microsoft ecosystems)
- Familiarity with scalable AI infrastructure and API-driven system integration
- Experience working with MCP-based architectures or similar LLM-to-tool integration frameworks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
- AI/ML certifications or specializations are a plus
