CDL Class A Driver/Laborer in Floresville, Texas at Cascade Process Controls dba Mako CPC

Cascade Process Controls is hiring a reliable and hardworking CDL Class A Driver / Laborer to join our road boring crew in the San Antonio area. This is a hands-on position that combines driving responsibilities with physical labor on job sites.

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently (CDL Class A required)
• Assist with road boring operations and general crew support
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
• Perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time
  

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Prior construction or utility experience is a plus, but not required
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($24–$27/hour)
• Full-time position with immediate start available
