We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in Orlando, FL. The primary role of the Help Desk Technician is to configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets, monitor and maintain the TLC IT Ticket system, which involves reaching out to staff who have submitted trouble tickets, resolve the ticket in a timely manner and close tickets after successful completion.

Qualifications You'll Need:

A minimum of 2 years of IT Help Desk experience

Comprehensive knowledge of workstation hardware and Windows Operating Systems.

A proven understanding of Azure Active Directory and Office 365.

Ability to be friendly/approachable and effectively communicate to solve problems and explain resolutions to all employees.

Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

CompTIA A+ and / or MD-102 certifications

Microsoft Intune experience.
