As a Direct Support Professional, you will:
- Provide supervision and support in accordance with each individual's person-centered ISP
- Assist individuals in working toward personal goals and outcomes
- Support activities of daily living, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks
- Provide transportation to appointments and community activities as needed
- Assist individuals in accessing community resources and supports
- Administer or assist with medications in accordance with MAP certification requirements
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately and on time
- Collaborate with clinical and program staff to ensure quality services
- Promote healthy, safe, and socially appropriate behaviors
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to provide proof of education
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain MAP Certification within 90 days of employment
- Ability to pass all required background screenings, including FBI clearance when applicable
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in human services, healthcare, or caregiving
Part-Time (24 Hours Weekly)
- Friday: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Friday: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Sunday: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Ability to assist individuals with activities of daily living
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed during routine job duties
- Ability to safely transport and accompany individuals in the community
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
