Independent Living Program Direct Service Staff in Chowchilla, California at Szabad SLS and SSLS, Inc.

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Independent Living Program Worker to provide support and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

• Provide individualized support based on each person’s needs and goals.
• Provide case management and coordinate services as needed.
• Develop flexible work schedules based on the needs of the individuals served.
• Assist individuals in developing independent living and daily living skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with individuals, families, and service providers.
• Advocate for individuals and promote independence, dignity, and choice.

• Case management experience required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adjust schedules to meet individual needs.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
