As the Residential Services Director, you will provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for Many Rivers Whole Health's Adult Group Homes, Adult Foster Care, and Day Treatment programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and overseeing residential services to ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented care and positive client outcomes.
- Developing program goals, monitoring outcomes, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities for program growth, innovation, and expansion.
- Ensuring compliance with all licensing, accreditation, state, federal, and organizational requirements.
- Managing budgets, productivity targets, and operational performance to support sustainable, high-quality services.
- Recruiting, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing employees and leaders across residential programs.
- Supervising Program Supervisors, Operations Managers, and other assigned staff.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.
- Serving on the Senior Leadership Team and helping guide organizational strategy and long-term planning.
- Promoting a culture of safety, accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current Montana professional licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent).
- Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social work.
- Prior supervisory or management experience.
- Valid Montana driver's license, personal vehicle, and current insurance coverage.
- Experience overseeing residential, community-based, or behavioral health programs.
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented systems of care.
- Experience managing budgets, productivity goals, and operational performance.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing program development initiatives.
